Oregon Track Club Masters OTC Masters is both a part of Oregon Track Club and a separate entity with its own officers, meetings and events. Formed after Bill McChesney, Sr. and Lew Thorne called an organizational meeting on the UO campus in 1981, OTCM has been a positive force in local and national Masters ever since. The Hayward Classic, presented each year since the club’s formation, brings together age 30 and over Masters athletes from all corners of the U.S. and even other countries.
